Facility Rental
Community Room Rental
Our spacious community room may be arranged to meet the style of your event. We have 120 padded chairs and 30 plastic molded chairs, 14 round tables with seating for 8 at each table or we have 14 rectangular tables for a seating of 6-8 people. Maximum capacity is 124 people.
The room can be divided into 1/3 or 2/3 depending upon the size of your audience.
Deposits are fully refundable if terms of the facility use policy are completed.
Rates
$50 Rent + $50 Deposit- Reserves the front 1/3. Will accommodate approximately 50 people theater style.
$100 Rent +$100 Deposit- Reserves the back 2/3. Will accommodate approximately 100 people theater style.
$150 Rent + $150 Deposit- Reserves the entire room. Will accommodate approximately 150 theater style.
Kitchen
The use of our kitchen may be used with any of the above combinations for an additional $50 Rent/ $50 Deposit.
Kitchen contains two oven ranges, two microwaves, two refrigerators, two dishwashers and plenty of counter space.
