United Way Day of Caring -- Each year individuals and local business groups work to help organizations in the community. In late August, employee teams from area companies and organizations help older adults with various jobs.

Days of Caring -- Throughout the year older adults need help with projects.  Many groups volunteer to complete projects which may include house painting, building a ramp, raking leaves, cleaning gutters, trimming bushes, mulching and more.
