Boone County Senior Health & Wellness Expo
The 2013 Boone County Senior Health & Wellness Expo will be held on Saturday, September 28 from 9:00AM-12:00PM in the Witham Health Services Pavillion located at the Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds in Lebanon. The event will be FREE to all attendees.
The focus of the event is to provide knowledge of health care and quality of life for current and future older adults, as well as their adult children, family members and other supporters or caregivers. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit more than 50 vendors, enjoy a variety of entertainment on the Expo stage, participate in the Passport to Health program and the Rock-A-Thon. In 2012, more than 500 individuals attended, 55 vendors were present, 70 health screenings were administered and about 150 Flu and Pneumonia shots were given.
